cap to cap cycle ride around all the Capital cities in the UK in 14 days, yes thats over 1500 miles in 2 wks. the event was sponsored by british rail. and if theres any record breakers want to have a go at this one, they travelled from sunny swansea on their die cast steel bikes up to even sunnier hollyhead in 4 hours totalling 216 miles in that period - think lance armstrong may come out of retirement to beat that one!!!
