A Solo Run Across The United States By Paul Staso
Paul Staso ran across America solo during the summer of 2006 - from the Oregon Coast to the Delaware Coast - to keep a promise to some elementary children in his hometown of Missoula, Montana. He ran 3260 miles across 15 states during the second hottest summer recorded in the United States. He averaged 30 miles per day while pushing a jogging stroller of gear weighing 65 pounds.
